Job Description
A Construction Company in San Antonio is seeking dedicated and skilled Laborers to join their construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, including cleanup, material handling, and use of hand tools, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on a construction site.
Duties
• Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
• Support installation and finishing processes.
• Retrieve and put away materials as needed.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks.
• Collaborate with team members during construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in fabricating components as needed for specific projects.
• Follow directions from supervisors and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
• Experience or knowledge in basic construction labor is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations is essential.
• Proficiency in using hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to construction processes and techniques.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team setting.
• MUST pass a background screening and drug test.
