Job Description
We are seeking a versatile Construction Laborer who also possesses strong content creation and management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with construction projects while also managing and creating engaging content to promote our brand across various platforms. A background in SEO, graphic design, and digital marketing tools is highly desirable to effectively execute content strategies that enhance our online presence on facebook, instagram, and youtube.
Responsibilities
Assist with various construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and basic building support.
Support project teams by ensuring safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
Develop, edit, and manage digital content including images, videos, blog posts, and social media updates.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) for editing photos and videos to produce high-quality visual content.
Manage content across multiple platforms such as WordPress, social media channels, and content management systems (CMS).
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility.
Write compelling copy for websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, white papers, and social media posts.
Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics to optimize content performance.
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop content strategies aligned with overall marketing goals including e-commerce and B2B marketing initiatives.
Support social media management efforts through scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics.
Assist in photography and videography projects to create engaging visual assets for digital campaigns.
Contribute to marketing automation efforts by supporting email marketing campaigns and other digital outreach initiatives.
Experience
Proven experience in construction or related manual labor roles is preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in digital content creation, including photography, videography, editing, and graphic design.
Familiarity with SEO principles, WordPress CMS, HTML/CSS basics, and Google Analytics is highly desirable.
Experience managing social media platforms and executing content marketing strategies.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives tailored to target audiences.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Content Management Systems (CMS), and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects effectively. Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 80 per week
