We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction tasks, support skilled tradespeople, and contribute to the successful completion of building projects. Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment.
Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople in daily tasks.
Perform general labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents.
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed.
Support site organization by ensuring materials are stored properly and work areas are tidy.
Requirements
Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites is a plus but not mandatory.
