We’re growing in Chicago and seeking our next hero: a Construction Escrow Officer who can juggle details, keep projects on track, and make the complex look easy.
What You’ll Do
Manage construction escrow accounts from open to close.
Review draw requests, lien waivers, and documents with detective-like precision.
Disburse funds accurately and keep records sparkling clean.
Communicate with contractors, lenders, and clients to keep transactions moving smoothly.
What You Bring
Escrow or title experience (construction escrow = bonus points).
Strong eye for detail, organization, and compliance.
Customer service charm + problem-solving grit.
Familiarity with RamQuest or similar software a plus.
