What You’ll Do
Provide administrative and clerical support, including data entry, paperwork, invoices, cheque requisitions, and purchase orders.
Assist with communication, scheduling, and coordination of meetings, events, and project activities.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, members, and working groups.
Handle inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and diplomacy.
Support the flow of information and maintain efficient department operations.
Assist in organizing materials and supplies for project events.
What We’re Looking For
A combination of education and experience in Office Management, Administration, or a related field.
Experience in office administration, clerical support, and stakeholder communication.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management.
Experience with JD Edwards (an asset) and working in a First Nations community (preferred).
Professional, adaptable communication style with strong interpersonal skills.
High level of emotional intelligence, patience, and integrity.
Resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent time management.
Cultural awareness and respect for Indigenous values and protocols.
