Job Description
Liaise with nodal ministries, govt departments, and PSUs
Identify key players and forge relationships across the industry
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the industry in order to drive the direction of the exhibition and conference
Identify leading speakers from government, multi-nationals, MSMEs and startups to ensure a diverse mix at EIG events
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
B.A./B.Sc., or equivalent working experience
8+ years of experience in conference management
Excellent language and communications skills
Strong Business Development & Networking skills
Market Research & the ability to self-motivate
Basic Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends
Experience in the infrastructure, smart cities and technology sectors will be preferred.
Soft Skills:
Confidence to discuss technical subjects with leading experts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Strong time management skills
Knowledge of Infrastructure, and technology sector would be ideal but is not essential
Agile & Adaptable individual

Salary: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
