Engages with both internal and external stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, staff members, patients, and community collaborators, to encourage involvement in programs, collect input, and validate the importance and efficiency of programs
Gathers and oversees program data, including participation, results, and input
Analyzes data to assess the effectiveness of programs and their influence, communicates results to management, and suggests data-based strategies for enhancement
Aids in the creation and supervision of program finances, monitors spending, and guarantees adherence to financial regulations
Works together with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, newsletters, and social media posts aimed at increasing program visibility and engaging potential participants
Develop and execute plans for evaluating programs to gauge their effectiveness and efficiency
Compiles routine summaries for management, outlining program results, obstacles, and suggestions for improving or growing the program
