What You’ll Do
• Assist with concrete pours including setup, placement, leveling, and finishing
• Prepare job sites by setting forms, moving materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work area
• Operate hand and power tools used in concrete construction
• Support skilled tradesmen and learn advanced techniques on the job
• Follow safety standards and contribute to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in concrete or general construction preferred, but we’ll train the right person
• Strong work ethic and willingness to show up and get the job done
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida weather
• Reliable transportation to job sites around St. Pete
• Team‑first attitude — no egos, no drama

This is a Contract position based out of St. Petersburg, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
