Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks related to concrete installation and finishing. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on the job site.

Duties
• Assist in the preparation of concrete mixtures and ensure proper consistency.
• Utilize hand tools for shaping, finishing, and installing concrete structures.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed for tasks such as pouring and leveling concrete.
• Collaborate with carpenters to construct forms for pouring concrete.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor, including moving materials and equipment on-site.
• Engage in renovation projects by restoring existing concrete surfaces or structures.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Participate in the installation of various concrete features, including sidewalks, driveways, and foundations.

Experience
• Previous experience in concrete forming or finishing is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
• Skills in welding or carpentry are considered a plus for this role.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
• A willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills related to concrete work is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 60 per week
