Casual
Casual Concierge required for a variety of shifts to cover personal and annual leave
Support the team at St Joseph Mews located in Hawthorn
Competitive hourly rate + casual loading + NFP salary packaging benefits

About the role

The primary role of the Concierge is to assist residents with their day-to-day requests by coordinating maintenance requests, attending to lifestyle and hospitality requests, arranging transport, assisting with medical and pharmacy requirements.

In addition, the concierge is responsible for:

Ensuring common areas are presented in a neat and tidy manner, reporting any requirements for repairs, maintenance and/or special cleaning
Assisting at in-house events and functions
Attending to various administrative tasks

About you

Experience in a customer service, concierge, or reception role, preferably within a hospitality setting.
A positive attitude, friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
Requirements

Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
First Aid Level 2 Certificate and CPR
