- Poste résident (live-in)

- 40 heures par semaine

- Disponibilité requise pour les urgences les soirs et fins de semaine

Responsabilités :

Entretien ménager des espaces communs
Entretien général de l’immeuble et des commodités
Gestion des déchets et sortie des poubelles
Divers travaux reliés au bon fonctionnement de l’immeuble
Conditions :

Salaire : 30 000 - 35 000 $ par année

A condominium building is currently seeking a live-in concierge.

- Live-in position

- 40 hours per week

- Availability required for emergencies during evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

Cleaning of common areas
General maintenance of the building and amenities
Waste management and trash removal
Various tasks related to the day-to-day operation of the property
Compensation:

Salary: $30,000 - $35,000 per year
