Position Overview
This is a flexible part-time concierge/front desk role supporting a luxury residential high-rise in Brickell.
You will help cover day, evening, and overnight shifts as needed to maintain a consistent, professional front desk experience.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being:

Schedule Requirements
• Available for day, evening, and overnight shifts
• Available for weekdays and weekends
• Schedule varies based on coverage needs
Candidates with open or highly flexible availability will be prioritized.
Responsibilities
• Greet residents, guests, and vendors professionally
• Manage front desk and reception operations with awareness
• Handle packages, deliveries, and visitor access
• Assist with resident requests and communication
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk
• Adapt quickly to different shifts and team needs
What We’re Looking For
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
• Detail-oriented and aware of surroundings
• Comfortable working different shifts, including overnight
• Able to stay alert, engaged, and professional
Experience in concierge, hospitality, hotel, front desk, receptionist, or guest services preferred
Compensation
$15–$16.25 per hour (based on experience and shift)
