Mercedes-Benz North Shore is proud to be servicing Sydney’s North Shore for over 60 years. We have showrooms at Mosman and Chatswood, a stand-alone State of the Art Service Centre at Artarmon and are delighted to offer this exciting new opportunity for a super star to join our team.
About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, personable team player to join us as a Concierge/Driver at our Mosman Service department.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the dealership with a warm and welcoming manner
Direct customers for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts purchasing
Collect and return customers’ vehicles for service in a friendly, safe, and timely manner
Manage and direct visitor parking
Coordinate with Service Advisors to maintain pickup schedules
Drop off and pick up customers as required
Maintain a safe working environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Full work rights in Australia
A valid Australian or international driver’s licence
A genuine, friendly personality with a strong commitment to customer service
A high standard of personal presentation
Ability to work outdoors when required
Effective time management skills
Excellent communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude
