We are looking for an individual who is passionate, and enthusiastic about events; the job role will be building fruitful relationships with our existing clients and new clients.
Job Description
• Part of Brainstorming- If need to participate in client meetings to understand client requirements and advise them with Creative Ideas.
• Prepare Concept Presentations with innovative ideas
• Incorporate innovative experiential ideas for décor setup
• Crack client briefs with immense brainstorming and research
• Should have Exceptional Presentation Skills and good command on English language
• Brief the designing team to get apt creatives
• Able to conceptualize innovative event and concepts as per the creative brief.
• Ability to direct the design team to ensure that the creative's are in line of concept. Effectively coordinate with Operations Team to understand the feasibility of implementation of Creative Ideas.
• Creates the wedding's design concept
• Aspiring to achieve visual perfection, event designers make design choices from the invitation design and stationery to table settings to furnishings
• Provides color palette guidance.
• Oversees the décor budget and vendors
• Sources special props and equipment.
• Attends a site visit to visualize where you want everything to go, devise a layout, and identify potential problems.
• Creates detailed floor plans.
• Creating designs for event spaces that reflect the theme of the event
• Setting up decorations at the site of an event, including placing signage, arranging floral arrangements, hanging banners, and stringing lights
• Ensuring that all decoration materials are safe and fireproof
• Managing the event design process from start to finish, including creating sketches of designs for client approval
• Ensuring that all elements of the event are in place and ready to go on time
• Designing custom decorations for special events such as weddings, and corporate parties
Work Experience and Approach
A minimum of 3 Yrs. experience in wedding events.
Communication skills - event designers need to be good listeners to understand the needs of their clients. They also rely on interpersonal communication and collaboration skills when working on-site to install design elements
