Computronics Systems Senior Java Full Stack Developer Healthcare Domain

Responsibilities
• Understands the architecture roadmap and has experience with SAAS platforms in the healthcare space.
• Analyses and documents design specifications
• Performance, scalability, maintainability, and stability trouble-shooter for existing products.
• Excellent development and troubleshooting skills.
• Help drive accuracy in team estimation and story pointing.
• Help guide, mentor, monitor software development team towards architectural and coding best practices.

Skills Must Have
• 4+ years direct work experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar position.
• Proficient in designing and developing Full Stack applications with Java/J2EE backend and Angular 2+ UI.
• Strong knowledge of advanced Java.
• Hands on experience in Spring, MyBatis/Hibernate.
• Good knowledge of Kafka
• Strong knowledge in implementing and working in a DevSecOps framework
• SQL knowledge and advance knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience with Data modelling and database design.
• Design skills with strong knowledge of design patterns & principles.
• Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular 2+.
• Experience working both independently and, in a team, -oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Proficiency with Atlassian business team software - Jira, Confluence, etc.

Nice to have
• Experience working with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA.
• Extensive experience in an Agile/Scrum or equivalent software development environment.
• Good communication skills to convey complex technical information effectively to internal and external/non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with US, near-shore and off-shore teams.

Desired Skills
• 2+ years team lead experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net.
• iOS or Android hybrid application development experience using React, Ionic, or similar.
• Ability to work in a startup-like culture and conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
