Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Lab Technician at Apex University in Jaipur. The Computer Lab Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting computer issues, providing technical support to students and staff, installing software, and maintaining computer systems.

Qualifications
• Computer Science and Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Installing and configuring: Installing, configuring, and upgrading operating systems and software packages, as well as hardware and network connections.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting equipment problems and assisting users with computer-related issues.
• Monitoring: Monitoring the lab and files and programs downloaded to the computers.
