We are backed by marquee international investors - these are mobility focused funds backed by Yamaha Motors, Al-Futtaim Automotive Group, Toyota VC and Maniv Mobility.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the installation, configuration, upgrading, and repair of computer hardware, operating systems, and standard enterprise applicationsDesign, implement, and maintain structured network cabling systems (Cat5e/Cat6), encompassing crimping, patching, and comprehensive server room rack managementDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated hardware, software, and local network connectivity issues to mitigate operational downtimeTravel to remote office locations nationwide to execute new IT infrastructure deployments, conduct hardware audits, and rectify critical physical system failuresConfigure and maintain essential network infrastructure devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access pointsMonitor hardware lifecycles, coordinate preventative maintenance schedules, and facilitate the procurement or repair of necessary replacement componentsServe as the primary on-site IT liaison for remote branches, including the end-to-end setup of IT infrastructure for newly established locationsIdeal CandidateMinimum 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting, and network maintenanceExhibits astrong willingness and capability to travel extensively nationwide, occasionally on short notice, to address hands-on technical requirements at remote locationsPossesses comprehensive knowledge of PC architecture, peripheral troubleshooting protocols, and physical network infrastructure, including cable laying, termination, and testing methodologiesDemonstrates the ability to function effectively with minimal direct supervision, capable of managing comprehensive site deployments independently in field environmentsMaintains a robust understanding of core network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and standard enterprise networking hardwarePossesses the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical personnel and maintains meticulous documentation within IT ticketing systemsDemonstrates the physical stamina necessary to manage heavy IT equipment, execute cabling tasks in restricted spaces, and maintain prolonged activity during office deploymentsHolds industry-recognized credentials such as CompTIA A, CompTIA Network, or Cisco CCNA
