Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Computer Engineer role based in Jaipur.

The Computer

Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining laptops, sound systems, home theater setups, and related hardware. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing networking and security solutions, and supporting printing, scanning, and storage systems. The role involves collaborating with team members, responding to customer service requests, documenting technical work, and ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operation of client systems.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Computer Engineering and Computer Science, with the ability to apply core concepts to diverse hardware and software environments.
• Hands-on Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving issues in laptops, networking equipment, home theater systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience or familiarity with Software Development practices for scripting, automation, and tool customization to support system operations.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles, including secure configuration, basic threat mitigation, and protection of networks and devices.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Experience with networking protocols, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and hardware installation is an advantage.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, security-related certifications) are beneficial but not mandatory.
