The Role
You will play a key part in managing compliance systems, coordinating public liability incidents, maintaining documentation, and supporting supplier due diligence processes.
You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance obligations are met and systems are well-managed across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role you will deliver success by:
Analysing, recording, and reporting Public Liability Incidents (PLIs) and property damage matters
Maintaining accurate compliance records, registers, and documentation
Coordinating incident investigations, corrective actions, and reporting
Liaising with internal teams, insurers, contractors, and stakeholders
Supporting supplier onboarding and due diligence activities
Maintaining contractor compliance records (licences, insurances, certifications)
Monitoring supplier compliance against company, legislative, and client requirements
Administering compliance systems (e.g. Donesafe, EcoVadis, Nexus WebEye, SharePoint)
Supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
Preparing reports, dashboards, and compliance updates
Maintaining document control and ensuring records are current and accurate
Requirements
Experience in compliance, administration, governance, or risk-related roles
Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word, and SharePoint)
Experience maintaining records, registers, and controlled documentation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in contractor compliance or supplier management (desirable)
Exposure to audits, investigations, or compliance monitoring (desirable)
Qualifications in Business Administration, Compliance, Risk, WHS or similar (desirable)
You must have valid work rights in Australia
