This permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity to deepen your career in litigation and make a meaningful impact in the legal sector.Qualifications:Litigation: A strong track record and experience in handling a broad range of litigation cases.Legal Knowledge: Expertise in general liability, personal injury, transportation, and/or catastrophic injury cases.Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to practice in New York is required.3-8 years of defense litigation experience, ideally in areas such as:General liabilityPersonal injuryTransportation litigationCatastrophic injuryStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.Client-facing experience is highly preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where initiative and accountability are valued.Legal project management experience is a plus, though not required.Responsibilities:As a Complex Litigation Attorney, you'll take on a wide range of responsibilities that will challenge and grow your legal expertise.
