Your Role Includes:
Delivering a wide range of specialist care, which may include managing tracheostomies, PEG feeding, catheter care, cough assistance, and other complex care tasks as required.
Providing personal care, manual bowel care, pressure care, moving and handling, and medication administration.
Building strong rapport with service users and their families to deliver personalised care that respects individual needs and preferences.
Working with a diverse range of complex conditions, enhancing your knowledge and skillset through hands-on experience and ongoing training.
