Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary professional to assist in handling corporate, secretarial, and compliance matters for our clients. The role is ideal for semi-qualified or CS dropout candidates with prior experience or exposure to a CA/CS firm environment who wish to continue growing in the field of corporate and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in preparation and filing of ROC forms and annual returns.
Drafting Board and General Meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.
Handling company incorporation, LLP formation, and closure-related compliances.
Maintaining statutory registers, share transfer records, and documentation.
Assisting in FEMA, SEBI, and RBI-related compliances (as applicable).
Coordinating with clients for required documents and compliance follow-ups.
Supporting in due diligence, mergers, and restructuring projects.
Staying updated with amendments in Company Law and allied legislations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
CS Semi-Qualified / CS Dropout candidates are welcome to apply.
Currently working or having prior experience with a CA or CS firm preferred.
Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and ROC filing procedures.
Proficiency in MCA portal (V3) and MS Office tools.
Strong drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively.
