Job description
Compliances under provision of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA and other statutory laws applicable to the business.
To analyze the secretarial documents - Forms, Minutes, Resolutions, Letters, Agreements
To brief the management on compliance requirements as per Company Law.
Responsible for filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company as an authorized representative, with various statutory bodies such as ROC, RBI, shareholders, RTAs, DPs etc.
Conducting meetings of sub-committee, board of directors, shareholders; documenting and circulating minutes of the same
Liaising with board of directors, secretarial auditors, statutory auditors, ROC, regulators, external advisers, such as lawyers and auditors during fund raise processes etc.
Advising on good governance practices and compliance of Corporate Governance norms as prescribed under various Corporate, Securities and Other Business Laws and regulations and guidelines for unlisted public companies and listed entities Read more
