Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary or an Advocate for working and practicing in the field of #IBC Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and company law matters.
Responsibilities
The person would be working as Compliance Officer and shall be responsible for all the procedural working of Insolvency Assignments, which includes preparation of notices, minutes of the meeting, legal compliances, verification of claims, filing applications before NCLT, NCLAT and involvement in all litigations relating to CIRP and other issues before NCLT and NCLAT etc.
Qualifications
The candidate should be qualified Company Secretary or Law Graduate. The candidate should be having good command over legal drafting and communication in writing.
