Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at Aanand Nirmal and Associates, Advocates in Pune. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, maintaining the company's records, organizing and preparing agendas for board meetings, and taking minutes during meetings. The role will also involve liaising with external regulators and advisers. Person will be responsible to advise and provide services on behalf of Firm.
EXPERIENCE- 1 to 3 Years
LOCATION- PUNE
Kindly note this person shall be responsible for execution of work.
Remuneration:- As per Industry Norms.
Qualifications
• Legal compliance, Corporate governance, and Board meeting management skills
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• client management
• ROC Compliance and activities
• NCLT related activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Prior experience as a Company Secretary or in a similar role preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
