Job Description
Looking for a Company Secretary having knowledge of Secretarial duties according to companies norms ensuring that the company adheres to all the corporate laws, Exchange related compliances, SEBI LODR that apply to the business. He/She must perform all the secretary’s duties applicable to a listed company under the Company Act, 2013. SEBI Act & relevant regulations.
The candidate should have excellent drafting skills. Profile also involves decent Legal knowledge about business laws such as Indian Contract Act, Partnership Act, Sale of Goods Act, Transfer of Property Act, SARFAESI, IBC etc. LLB Degree or any kind of pursuation is preferable.
