Are you a passionate Companion Animal Vet looking for variety, and genuine team support?
We have an opportunity in our busy BEST PRACTICE accredited Papakura clinic. This is a role where you can enjoy strong collegial support, a varied caseload, and the opportunity to truly make your mark.
If you have additional training or a special clinical interest, we’re open to tailoring this role around your strengths. If there’s an area you’re passionate about developing, we’d love to explore how we can build that into your role
About Us
Franklin Vets is a locally owned mixed practice with 15 clinics across South Auckland, North Waikato, and the Thames–Coromandel districts.
All 22 of our owners work within the business, and we remain proudly independent as members of IndieVets NZ and XLVets NZ. Our ownership model means decisions are made by clinicians, for clinicians — with a strong focus on quality care, professional development, and long-term sustainability.
Our Papakura clinic is home to experienced veterinary, nursing, and customer service teams who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and exceeding client expectations. About You
You are a Companion Animal Veterinarian who:
Enjoys being part of a busy, community-centred practice
Is committed to delivering high-quality clinical care
Values strong client communication and relationship building
Contributes positively to team culture and shared learning
