Join Our Caring Team: Community Support Worker

Are you passionate about empowering people to maintain control and independence in their lives? We’re looking for a compassionate Community Support Worker to provide personalised support under the Consumer Directed Care model in the Eyre and Far North LHN.

In this role, you’ll assist aged, frail, or disabled individuals with personal care, medication support, cleaning, meal preparation, transport, and social support. You’ll work closely with consumers who actively choose the services they receive, how often, and who provides them—helping them live comfortably and confidently in their own homes.

What We're Looking For:

Completed Certificate III or higher in Individual Support. (Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community).
Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health-related field.
Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons.
Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
