Community Referral Representative – Commission-Based

HomelyHands Support Services Ltd. is looking for motivated and community-minded individuals to help connect seniors, families, and individuals needing support with our non-medical home support services.

This is a commission-based referral opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building community relationships, and helping families learn about available home support options.

About HomelyHands Support Services

HomelyHands Support Services provides non-medical home support services for seniors, individuals with disabilities, people recovering from illness, and families needing extra support at home.

Our services may include companionship, personal care support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, respite support, and assistance with daily living activities.

Eligible clients may receive approved home care support through Alberta’s home care system. Clients can begin the process by calling 811 and requesting a Home Care assessment. Once approved, clients may choose HomelyHands Support Services as their preferred provider.

Role Responsibilities

As a Community Referral Representative, you will:

Introduce HomelyHands Support Services to seniors, families, and community contacts
Build relationships with local organizations, senior communities, and referral sources
Share basic information about our non-medical home support services
Help interested clients connect with our care management team
Attend community events and networking opportunities when available
Follow up with potential referrals in a professional and respectful manner
Work independently to grow your referral network
Compensation

This is a commission-based contractor role.

$200 for each successful client referral who enrolls and begins receiving services
After your first 10 successful client referrals, commission increases to $500 per successful client referral
Weekly commission payments for eligible completed referrals
No cap on referral earnings
Please note: This is not a salaried position. Earnings depend on successful client referrals.

Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with people
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Interested in helping seniors and families access support
Experienced in sales, marketing, community outreach, healthcare, or customer service
Comfortable with commission-based compensation
Able to communicate clearly and respectfully

This opportunity is best suited for someone who understands commission-based work and is comfortable earning based on successful referrals.
