About the Role

In this mobile role, you will provide timely, high-quality gardening and light maintenance services across client homes in metropolitan Adelaide. Responsibilities include:

Lawn mowing, pruning, spraying, weed control, leaf raking, and general garden upkeep
Basic home maintenance and minor modifications
Responding promptly to maintenance requests and urgent issues
Always ensuring a safe working environment
Completing physically demanding tasks as required
Accurately documenting work completed in line with Bene policies
Working collaboratively with Community Services, Maintenance, and Care teams

About You

Previous experience in gardening, maintenance, or handyperson work
Ability to work independently across multiple locations
Strong communication and customer service skills
A commitment to safety, quality, and respectful service delivery
Current Driver’s License
National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
Legal right to work in Australia

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience working in aged care or community services
Italian-speaking
Up-to-date COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccinations
Test & Tag Certificate
