$76,711 pa + 12% super (level 2)
72.5 hour fortnight
Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.
Location: Strathpine
Join City of Moreton Bay as a Community Leasing Support Officer, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.
As a Community Leasing Support Officer, you will develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and undertake a range of administrative duties to provide valuable support and assistance in the management of Council's network of community leased facilities. In addition, you will also:
Liaise regularly with internal departments, residents, community groups and sporting organisations in response to their community leasing requests, enquiries and applications.
Contribute to the review of business processes, including template letters, forms and customer service reference information to ensure our stakeholders have access to resourceful and updated information.
Provide administration support to your team, ensuring appropriate action in regard to any matters or emerging issues requiring attention.
