This is an office-based role where you will interact with people across India who have already shown interest in our education franchise opportunities.
• No field work.
• No door-to-door sales.
• No cold calling.
• Complete professional training will be provided.
Your Responsibilities
• Speak with interested enquiries over phone.
• Communicate professionally through WhatsApp.
• Understand the customer's requirements.
• Ask a few qualifying questions.
• Maintain lead records in our CRM.
• Schedule meetings for senior managers.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
✔ Has a pleasant and confident speaking voice.
✔ Can communicate politely in Hindi and basic English.
✔ Is comfortable talking to new people.
✔ Can use WhatsApp, Email and Microsoft Excel.
✔ Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn.
✔ Enjoys working in a professional office environment.
Eligibility
• Graduate in any stream.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Sales, Counselling, Business Development or Reception are encouraged to apply.
