We are thrilled to announce that our restaurant has been named the Best Restaurant in London at the 2026 AA Guide Awards! Celebrating the finest British cuisine with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, we are proud to be one of the top dining destinations in London.
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Commis Waiter/Waitress to join our team and play a key role in delivering the exceptional guest experience we are known for.
Key Responsibilities for the Commis Waiter/Waitress:
• Gain a deep understanding of our menus and offerings
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times
• Be attentive and readily available to assist guests throughout the service
• Deliver food to tables, announcing and explaining dishes with enthusiasm
• Support the senior team
• Clear plates, clear tables and reset tables
• Be genuinely engaged with what the restaurant has to offer and interact with guests
What We Offer:
• £12.00 per hour + service charge
• Guaranteed same two days off each week (closed Sundays & Mondays)
• Summer closure:
Two weeks off every August
• January closure:
First week of January off
• Daily staff meals are provided while on shift
• Work in an award-winning environment with a strong focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction
Requirements for the Commis Waiter/Waitress:
• Previous experience as a Commis Waiter/Waitress in an upscale restaurant or hotel
• Excellent English language skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Must prove the Right to Work in the UK (full-time)
