Job Description
We are looking for a Commis Chef that will specialise in pastry and:
Cook well in a team while pre-empting the needs of customers and your co-workers
Uphold the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices.
Engage in ongoing learning to refine your skills and stay up-to-date with culinary trends
Create and prepare desserts/pastries for the kitchen team
Qualifications
Must be able to work in a rotating roster
Experience in working as a pastry chef
Experience in a similar role
A team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
Hospitality Certifications are preferred but not required
Experience in hotels is preferred but no required
