The Opportunity

We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals for Commis Chef (Part time) roles to assist with the execution of Massimo Mele's menu which gives Italian cuisine a local Tasmanian twist. The menu has a produce driven philosophy – simple, uncomplicated and seasonally changing, using quality ingredients where the local produce is hero.

Enjoy connecting with growers and showcasing local produce
Have genuine passion for cooking and celebrating hospitality
Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
Great time management skills and ability to multi-task
Able to execute dishes of extremely high quality
Work cleanly and safely to health and safety standards
