Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a young and ambitious professional with good communication skills.
Additional skills in making Salads and Sandwiches are preferred.
Carrying out duties & responsibilities as per set standards & guidance of the senior chef.
Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
They must adhere to health and safety standards to provide clients with the best possible service.
. To carry out any duties assigned by the chef. To assist the chef de partie in preparing food according to the requirements or recipes or standards, and the specifications of his department
. To prepare the mise-en-place as required by the daily menu
