Moulds by Chef Albeena
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India. As a Commis 1 at Moulds by Chef Albeena, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes. Your day-to-day tasks will include following recipes, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and assisting in food inventory management. This role requires strong attention to detail, a passion for culinary arts, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Commis or relevant role in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary terminology
• Excellent pasrty skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
