- Ensure the best in customer service is being provided to all customers
- Adhere to standard recipes
- Ensure all cornerstone products are being created in a consistent manner
- Prepare recipes and meals that keep customers coming back for more
- Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and also safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times as well as all health plus safety certifications requirements are up to date
- Answer questions that are brought up by all customers to make sure customer needs are being met
- Develop a dynamic highly functioning team
-- Ensure the department is adhering to budget
- Estimate food consumption
- Assist in ordering and receiving stock
- Assist in opening and closing the kitchen each day
