About The Role
Join BOQ Owner Managed Branch at 111 St George Tce

Reporting to the Owner Manager, you will provide excellence in customer service, by developing rapport and building customer relationships as well as supporting and processing for Commercial and Business lending.
As a Commercial and Business Lending Specialist, you will assist the Owner Manager in achieving the Branch’s sales targets and processing loan files through to settlement, ensuring an exceptional customer experience for your customer network.
About You
As an experienced Commercial and Lending Specialist, you will be a passionate, high performing Lender who consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience, by demonstrating:
Be a valued contributor to our growth and success
Contribute to the success of your peers supporting Branch Lender performance by embracing team culture, performance and working together to achieve Branch KPIs
Proven ending experience
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible and proactive attitude
