About the Job
We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to drive revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales of raw materials to Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care product manufacturers.
- Strong technical knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care raw materials and their applications.
- Fluency in regional language along with English & Hindi is required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is necessary.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Working Days
This role requires working 6 days a week.
