Job description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join our In-House Property Legal team at cardfactory. In this role, you will be responsible for the provision of legal support to the property department and wider business. You will work on transactional matters across our property portfolio throughout the UK and support the In-house Property Counsel in their role as principle legal advisor to Senior Management on all property matters. You will predominantly deal with leasehold property matters within the retail sector. Your assistance will contribute to the timely opening of new stores and efficient renewal of existing leases within programmed timescales. At present we currently have over 1000 stores throughout the UK and ROI with plans to expand the portfolio over the next 5 years.This is a full-time permanent role that is office based 2-3 days and comes with flexible working options. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation and understanding of commercial property law.Prospective candidates should possess at least 3-4 years of experience within a commercial property law environment.
