Job description
Brandt is currently seeking 2nd year to Journeyperson Plumbers for our Brandt Developments division. Working out of our Saskatoon, Saskatchewan office, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple large commercial projects, as well as renovations throughout Canada. The ideal candidates will have a vast knowledge in Commercial Plumbing, Hydronic, Gas, and HVAC installations. The Brandt Developments Division focuses on designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our operations and clients. From new construction to renovations and ongoing maintenance, we deliver high-quality work that drives long-term value.

Brandt is a diverse manufacturing and distribution company that makes equipment for contractors, farmers, landscapers, loggers, manufacturers, miners, pipe liners, railways, roadbuilders and steelmakers. As part of our commitment to making our customers more productive and more profitable, we’re investing heavily in new facilities and new product development. That commitment includes ongoing renovations, additions and maintenance at our facilities.

We’re looking for experienced tradesmen that are passionate about construction and take pride in their work. Backed by a strong support team, this is a great opportunity to work together with a skilled team on small, medium and large construction projects.

Duties Responsibilities
• Building maintenance and repairs
• Complete small-large renovation projects as well as new builds.
• Supervise activities of subcontractor's personnel on larger jobs to ensure that work is being performed in compliance with Brandt’s standards
• Complete all work in accordance with Brandt’s safety procedures
• Complete all work within schedule and budget
• Work with the mechanical manager, project managers and designers to manage issues in design, material supply and coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Willingness to travel for work, with possible overnight stays

• A passion for construction
• Excellent organization communication skills – written and verbal
• Excellent work ethic including the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
