Job Description
You will assist to your seniors in obtaining quotations and prices of the medical products inquiries received from Sales Team and releasing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of the products. Supporting International Sales team with tender participations.
Responsibilities
• Preparing Indents and Fixing Timeline of the dispatches.
• Sending Quotation Request to Vendor
• Finding new Vendors for non-represented products.
• Obtaining competitive Prices and Negotiation
• Vendor Selection and Data Management
• Purchase Order Release and Managing Timely procurement.
• International Tenders and Bid Submission
• Negotiation and coordination for procurement cycle
• Preparing Export and Import Documentation
• Coordination with CHA for dispatch of material and Customs Clearance
• Looking after all the matter of Procurement, Purchase and Dispatches.
Qualifications
Commerce Graduate, Biomedical Engineers, BE or BBA/BBS
