This role offers exposure to diverse and complex commercial disputes within a collaborative and supportive team. You will handle a range of disputes, including general commercial litigation, regulatory disputes, consumer law, insurance matters, and insolvency proceedings. Your responsibilities will include representing clients in litigation matters through court appearances and dispute resolution, drafting pleadings, conducting research to support case strategy, providing commercially focused legal advice, and ensuring strong representation and advocacy on high-profile cases.

About You

2+ years' litigation experience, ideally in private practice, as a judge's clerk, or in the public sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven courtroom advocacy skills with experience in litigation matters.
A client-focused approach with a knack for building strong relationships and rapport.
