Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, with expertise in drafting and negotiating complex agreements. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to address their business goals.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Consultancy & Retainer Agreements, and Licensing & IP Assignment Agreements.
• Advising clients on compliance with key statutory frameworks, such as the Indian Contract Act, Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2026, and Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Providing regulatory and policy advisory services to clients, including advice on sector-specific legal and regulatory requirements.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on real estate transactions, including drafting and vetting property documents, and conducting comprehensive title due diligence for land and built-up assets.
As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for:
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, including Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, and Joint Development Agreements.
• Advising clients on stamp duty, property registration, and title-related matters.
• Conducting comprehensive title due diligence for land and built-up assets.
