Key Role: Estimation and Tendering Expert
We are seeking an experienced Estimation and Tendering Engineer to lead commercial interior projects.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of market rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and hands-on experience in government tenders and bidding processes.
• Create detailed cost estimates for commercial interior projects.
• Analyze market rates for materials, labor, and subcontract works.
• Conduct thorough rate analysis for line items and prepare item-wise costing.
• Develop and verify BOQs, tender documents, and technical submissions.
• Manage tendering and bidding processes for government and PSU projects (GeM, e-procurement portals, etc.).
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Evaluate tenders and assist in contract negotiations.
• Support project teams with cost control and budget monitoring.
