Your Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the photography and video production industry.
• Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to formulate effective business development plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
• Identify and engage with new clients through networking, outreach, and participation in industry events.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Present our agency's services to potential clients, highlighting the unique value propositions and creative solutions we offer.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts that align with client needs and agency capabilities.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate and realistic project estimates.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.
• Closing deals and manage the contract signing process, ensuring clarity and understanding on both sides.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
• Contribute to the development of annual business forecasts and strategic planning.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development within the photography and video production industry.
• Strong understanding of creative processes and production workflows.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Salary Range: 40K to 60K Fixed + Incentives (Note: This is a full-time work from office profile. Preference to candidates who reside nearby Noida region.)
