Commercial Coordinator
Location: Perth Office - CBD, WA, AU

As our Commercial Coordinator, you'll drive value by supporting the enhancement of contract safety, service, quality, and compliance while minimizing risk and costs. You'll support enterprise-wide contract management through effective governance and documentation. Our Commercial Coordinators support our business strategy by ensuring contract management is consistently aligned with our Contract Lifecycle Management Framework (CLMF). You'll support the delivery of contract administration services that meet commercial standards, focusing on timelines, quality, scope, and client satisfaction.


This is a 12-month maximum term opportunity located at our Perth head office.


Your Role in Action


Manage low/medium-risk contracts to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
Organise and maintain sourcing and contract documentation in corporate systems and e-procurement tools.
Oversee contract filing and document management, ensuring adherence to record-keeping standards.
Prepare and send contractual correspondence to suppliers (local, interstate, and overseas).
Support the administration of contract extensions, uplifts and notices and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Support enterprise risk management and assist with complex contract documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the team.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Demonstrated good contract management governance and documentation skills.
Experience in establishing and managing stakeholder and supplier relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent administrative skills including agenda preparations, minute taking and mailbox management
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Valid WA Driver’s License Class ‘C’ or ‘C-A’ is desirable.
