Role Responsibilities
As an In-House Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Assisting in the management and administration of all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation advice and managing counsel as required under the direction of the in-house legal counsel.
• Representing the company in dispute resolution processes, including adjudication, mediation, and arbitration.
• Developing and implementing litigation strategies to minimize risk and achieve favorable outcomes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with 2+ years of experience in UK law.
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including NDAs and construction agreements (NEC, JCT).
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract administration.
