Join a dynamic plumbing role focusing on both commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems and team supervision.
As a versatile plumber, you will draw from your trades certificate or diploma to tackle various tasks from reading blueprints to testing piping systems for leaks. You will lead a small team, ensuring all work meets health and safety standards while achieving client satisfaction in every project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare tenders and quotations for plumbing jobs
• Measure, cut, and join pipes according to specifications
• Locate and mark connections for fixtures in walls and floors
• Test systems using air and water pressure gauges
• Supervise up to four workers on plumbing assignments
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years plumbing experience mandatory
• Valid Plumber Red Seal Certification is essential
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Experience operating CADD software
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
